Gemma, with her extensive background in yoga, breathwork and mindfulness and Siobhan, a certified pilates instructor, personal trainer and breathwork coach, have both spent years honing their expertise in wellness and personal development. Together, they believe in the power of small, consistent practices to transform mental and physical well-being.
Abode’s mission is simple yet profound – to introduce powerful wellness modalities in a way that is approachable, sustainable, and deeply personal.
